Project: DNA Pump selector
Short brief: DAB Pumps asked us to redesign the UX of DNA — their proprietary web platform used by engineers and industry professionals to configure complex pumping systems, generate instant quotes, and access full product specifications, combinations, and technical results in one place. A powerful tool by any measure, but one whose interface had aged significantly, creating friction in flows that demanded precision and speed from highly technical users.
The brief was to improve usability and rationalise the navigation flows while adapting the platform to the Design System previously developed by the studio for DAB — bringing visual and interaction coherence to a product that had never had it, without compromising the depth and complexity that its professional users rely on every day.
