Short brief: Before reaching the market, Alessi's app needed a fundamental rethink. Still in development, it was carrying significant UX and UI issues, recurring bugs, and incomplete firmware and IoT integration — problems that, left unaddressed, would have compromised the launch entirely.
The project consisted of rebuilding it properly: restructuring the UX, redesigning the interface, and delivering stable firmware and IoT connectivity — ensuring the app launched as a product worthy of the Alessi name.
